The .envKeys website is a platform providing secure environment variable sharing and zero-knowledge encryption services for developers.

Use of .envKeys, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by .envKeys, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

To access or use the Site, you must have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

.envKeys provides secure environment variable sharing, zero-knowledge encryption, and temporary link generation services based on user inputs. Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to security features, encryption methods, and other information are subject to change. .envKeys makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the "Content"), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. .envKeys disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to .envKeys will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

While we use zero-knowledge encryption and cannot see your environment variables, you agree not to use our service to share:

• Illegal content or credentials for illegal activities
• Malicious code or harmful scripts
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others without consent
• Content that could harm minors

Our service operates with the following limitations:

• Free Plan: 1 project, 3 .env files per project, 24-hour maximum expiration
• Pro Plan: Unlimited projects and files, custom expiration (1 hour to 7 days)
• All shared links expire according to your settings and cannot be extended
• We reserve the right to modify service limitations at any time

We may invoice you for your use of the Services through a third party payment service provider. The third party service provider's terms of service shall govern and supersede this Agreement in case of conflict. You are free to cancel your plan at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other inappropriate use of the Service. Upon cancellation or termination, You will not be refunded for the current pay period, but you will stop being charged after the current pay period has ended.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to .envKeys. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to .envKeys remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold .envKeys harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you.

.envKeys provides secure environment variable sharing services, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk. In no event shall .envKeys be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data breaches, unauthorized access, or loss of sensitive information.
